ive always thought goog over priced. yet it soared. when do you think you will buy and why? ps im curious im not buying goog because u say or dont say. i prob wont buy.

In spite of having expensive health insurance, I owe my dr's office hundreds of dollars due to recent tests for MS. I've not been able to pay the $172/mo payments to my dr's office, and received a notice from them yesterday that I can't see my dr until I pay the $172. Can they really deny me medical treatment?

my family has run a successful Mobile Home dealership for numerous years, as of late it seems they are qualifying less and less. They want these folks to have perfect credit! I dont know of anyone with perfect credit wanting a mobile home. Does anyone have any other source i could research to get people with less than perfect credit a loan for a mobile home?

I see that a few UPS hubs are hiring for UPS driver helpers between the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday season.

So I have two questions...

1.) What is it like being a seasonal driver helper? How is the pay and how many hours is one expected to work? Is it difficult work?

2.) Is there any chance of getting a job as a regular full-time driver with UPS once the holiday season is over?

Does anyone work/know someone who works at The Body Shop?
Because on Sunday I'm going to a group interview with them, and im nervous.
I was wondering if there is someone that could tell me about the work experience/environment there? And the interview- what kind of stuff do they ask? Is it a nice place to work for? How much do they pay to start? Is cosmetology background necessary?

see that's the bit I have a hard time understanding. How long do they expect to get a cut of something they made and sold. I mean if I buy a house for $90 000 and sell it for $190 000 I'm sure as hell not going to cut the guy who built the house in on the profit I made. And if the person I sold the house to turns around and sells it next week for $3 000 000 well then it sucks to be me but I'm not owed any of that money either. If anything this will simply make producers work with writers who will sell their work to them outright.

My son (23) and his girlfriend (21) bought a timeshare together back in August 2007 while they were on vacation. They were talked into buying it, you know all the sweet promises. It has something to do with points.
Well, they are broke up now - still friends...but they want to get out from under the timeshare.
How do they sell it? Where can they sell it? Can someone sell it for them?

It is a small amount of money under $4K, I need to pay off some debt to clear up some credit issues, so I can eventually buy a home next year. I will plan to re-open 401-k but since I will probably be leaving my job in the next few months, I'll just wait til then to re-start a retirement savings.

My boyfriend's sister has 3 kids and she wants me to claim one of them when I file my income tax this year. I don't know anything about how things work but some how she says she would get more money back this way. I don't mind helping her out, she needs all the help she can get!
