My neighboor is renting a property that is a foreclosure. The owner never said anything to them. A Real Estate agent came by and told them that they need to be out by the 22nd, and that the bank that now owns the home is willing to give them 2k if they go quietly without destroying the place. That is definitely not enough notice, and what are their rights? Can they haggle for more money? Maybe the bank thinks by offering them 2k, they will not have to proceed with an eviction?

i bought my house in tx dec 06.its been a year so they teling me that i can get back some money based on how much i payed in interest in my payments...How do i calculate? do i realy get something? my property taxes alone are 2600

I often get customers who just ask questions about how to do this, how to use that, where they can go for something, etc. and after I help them out, the customers will sometimes wink at me. Most have been male but I've gotten about two females to do this to me as well (both were middle-aged though). I never really thought much about it at first but it's been happening lately. Do you think they're just happy that they got the info they needed (that I was helpful)?

This is my first job so I don't even know if this really goes about.

What are your opinions?

I am a single mother with 3 children my parents 52 and55 both just died 6 months apart from cancer they were a very happy couple and we were a close family . I know have the ability to do online billing but i do not have a computer and cannot affort one, I just had to rebuild my life, I want to work home with my kids because now i know how valuable the time you have with them is. I know i can be good at it and i would realy appreciate it if you could refer me to somewhere that will help finance me a comp. I do not have good credit accualy i have no real credit, because i took care of both of my parents for 3 years. please help

My wife works for Old Navy in the Mall in Ft. Walton Beach Florida. They recently had an employee of the month poll. My wife had 10 votes. the runner up had 7. it was an open box, so everyone saw the votes, and everyone knew who had the most votes.

The rules clearly state that any one can vote for any one, as many times as they want, and the manager has no say.

when the manager saw that my wife had the most votes, she immediately made the decision to give it to the runner up. She used the excuse that people voted more than once, and the final decision was up to the manager.

Does anyone else wonder how this manager continues to get paid?

Ok, so I'm living in a house that is owned from a private land lord.
Facts: The lease I signed was something that he made up (not a general lease, just something he wronte)

He did not specify any action to be taken if I broke the lease.

I am moving out early by approx 1 month and he wants to keep my $500 security deposit.

What are my options? Does anyone know how stern I should be with him on this? My landlord really didnt do a good job with the lease, I wasn't required to sign or initial each page, and I signed the last page which doesn't have any of the regular lease stuff on it...just a signature page. Personally I think that the whole thing can be thrown in the trash because there is no proof that any of it was actually the one that he gave me at the time of move in, but I wanted to get some more professional opinions from people out there...then try to reason with my landlord before taking him to court.

-k- my credit union is america first credit union and i have a checking, saving, line of credit, and a visa credit card thru them. i had a savings and checking account with them for like a year and i just got a line of credit and the visa card like a month and half ago and theres a nice used car i really want, 99 lexus gs300,
and owner wants 8,000 for it, is there a chance they would give me a loan like that, what about interest? i would call the bank and ask but there closed,
also i could ask my parents but really dont want to.

okay so i js got a letter from credit one bank and it says thank you for your recent application for a Credit One BAnk credit card. BUT the thing is i'm pretty sure i did not apply for one and when i try to call customer service it keeps telling me to enter my SSN which im not doing so..should i be worried abt someone else apply for a credit card as me? cause no one in my household applied for me and neither did i apply for myself since i dont need a credit card...what is going on?
