To get a definite answer, you will need to read your policy's annual policy book, or better yet, call the insurance company and ask them.

If you are 19 and not a full-time student, it would be pretty rare that your parents' insurance would cover you anyway, especially if you don't even live with them. It sounds like maybe they're falsifying information to keep you covered by their insurance.

Most insurances don't pay for birth control pills anyway, although it would probably pay for doctor's visits. It depends on the policy.

Why would your parent's insurance pay for anything? How old are you? Do you live at home? Are you covered on their insurance?

It depends on their plan. My company's insurance pays for birth control pills, but not the shots or other methods. Most insurance pays a portion of doctor visits. That's kind of the point of insurance.

You need to call the number on the back of your card and find out. Likely it will cover both, but there could very well be a deductible, and most likely there will be a copay, as well.

Effectively, you're asking us what color shirt your mom has on - we have NO idea. You'll have to call and find out yourself.
