I suggest you contact the Social Security System of the Philippines for your SSS number
SSS Building
East Avenue
Diliman, Quezon City
Philippines
Tel. No. (632) 920-6401, 920-6446
Email: member_relations@sss.gov.ph
Ask them for the nearest SSS branch in your area
Or visit their website though it is always down http://www.sss.gov.ph/
An easier way is to check with your current and/or former employers as they will most likely have your SSS number

Uh..if you don't know your number, I doubt anyone else will. Why don't you just call your Social Security office and ask them for a replacement card? They will probably want a birth certificate as proof, and you'll get a duplicate card.

Go to your local office with proof of your identity and they should be able to look up your number for you.
