now i have voter id and ration card along with my incometax returns for the past 4 years,filling with my form 16 from salaried. With this docments can i get my passport please reply.

Municipal birth certificate,form 16 salaried employee in mnc since 4 years,pan card, voters id,ration card, and Land line telephone which is using since 16 years. residing since 1982.

You just need a picture ID to get a passport in the US.

Yes these documents are sufficient for the purpose of getting passport. Actually you require proof of age & place of residence for passport. Birth certificate issued by municipal authorities, school leaving or SSC passing certificate, driving license, VotersID card, PAN card, any of these are the documents that you require as proof for age. Ration card, votersID card, driving license, landline telephone bill, electricity bill any of these are the documents that you require as proof for place of residence. So go ahead & apply for passport on the basis of the documents you have got.
