I want a high-paying career with animals, preferably horses, but I do not want to deal with euthanization.?

Sorry to be a nitpick but it's "euthanasia".

The only high paying job with animals is a veternarian. Plus, it's real hard to get into a vet school as you need very high marks. As for euthanasia, that goes with territory in animal medicine. It you can't handle that, don't go into it.
