my new boss it's a big A$$HOL3 , and im getting tired of him. But, the thing it's that he pays good and I', kinda broke, and I gotta help mom with the bills!! I dont know how coul I learn to ignore that mother ********!

Ignore probably isn't the right word....... bosses tend not to like much if their employees ignore them, lol. You can avoid him as much as possible- spend as little time with him as you need to, to communicate properly, and do what you have to do and ignore all the social small talk, etc.

If whatever he says is derogatory or offensive to you in some way, shape, or form, take it to the higher-ups (his bosses). But if what he said really isn't all that offensive and he's just being a beeyotch, then let his words roll off your back like shower water! Get the dirt off your shoulder and keep it movin'!
