None at all. They don't translate to money or anything valuable.It's only for the competitive few who want to amass as many points as possible, even if all they do is give nonsense answers and create multiple accounts to vote themselves Best Answers. I can name you a few of these, but I'd better not. Don't let the points worry you. Just have fun:-)
