my family has run a successful Mobile Home dealership for numerous years, as of late it seems they are qualifying less and less. They want these folks to have perfect credit! I dont know of anyone with perfect credit wanting a mobile home. Does anyone have any other source i could research to get people with less than perfect credit a loan for a mobile home?

Good luck - that is what lenders are looking for now, perfect credit and at least 5% down. You best bet is too talk to some 'local' brokers. They will take the clients information and send it out to numerous banks and hopefully and eventually someone bank will take the loan.

AND IT IS GOING TO GET WORST. Unless the Gov. steps in and does something to save the lending system. There are going to be so many houses on the open market and they will be selling for 1/2 of what they are worth I'm sure your lenders are beginning to protect themselves.
