I've heard both ways: Some people say to list interests such as sports, music, computers, etc. And others say leave all that crap out.

I am looking to get a corporate position in a nice business setting. What do you say? Include interests, or leave them out? Thanks

Recently had a client close and the title company (at first, they later provided a HUD-1 statement also) was using a "master settlement statement". They stated that in a cash sale it was not necessary to use a HUD-1. Neither myself (5 years as a REALTOR) nor the listing agent (14 years as a REALTOR, currently a principle broker) had ever seen one of these "master settlement statements". My question is (I couldn't decipher from HUDs website the answer) does RESPA require a HUD-1 for ALL real estate transactions (I'm in VA, but state doesn't matter since RESPA is a federal regulation).

I just went over two years at this company and I have traveled for more than 80 weeks out of 100. I told them I could not keep up and that I am getting tired, and that I need to dedicate more time to my 3 yr old and working wife. Their answer was train the next guy for two months and we won't need you. How do I keep my motivation with out burning a bridge and just not properly train the next guy?

I was in a car accident about 6 months ago and had a fracture in my lower back. I wasn't driving and I didn't sue the driver. My back is healing slowly and I’ll be 100% sometime soon. His insurance agents and my insurance agents came to an agreement and are giving me a $50,000 dollar settlement.

I’m 22 years old. I have a brand new car. As a college graduate I make a pretty decent salary for my age. I was wondering what someone in my situation would do with that kind of money. No stupid answers like "give it to me". I’m asking hypothetically. If anyone has well financial knowledge please give me some advice. Obviously I’m going to indulge, and buy a couple nice things for myself.

We have 2 loans for our 2 vehicles (1998 Ford Ranger Truck & 2002 Dodge Caravan). Both loans have alot of other things rolled into them and they both total around $30,000. Our cars obviously are not worth the total of the loans. They said that if we cant come up with the $2500 to bring them current we would have to give them back. We just relocated out of state from MI to SC. Any advice?? Yes they have our new address (woman I spoke to said we could work something out so I stupidly gave it to her). What about chapter 13? Should we sell them and give the credit union the cash and try to get other vehicles? I currently have 3 books on how to fix your credit so if we could do this as softly on our credit as possible thats the way we want to go. ANY advice would be appreciated.

My husband has been told he could be "re-organised" in March. We have just starting buying a new house. Do the mortgage company need to know? How does it affect us? Do I need to tell them anything? Or is the fact that it won't happen till March a factor?
