A real estate friend told me homes for sale when owners are in bank. court are tricky - actually she warned me to just forget about it. We actually would have to sell our own home first anyway, could we make an offer to purchase the home at a future date once most issues are resolved? Or would they possibly accept a lease to own proposal?

What are your experiences, tks!

So this job I've always wanted, dont necessarily have the education for it, but through my experiences I have the skill & knowledge and passion. I think in this field its that that counts anyway. I have paid all my bills this month but 3 items went to collections. They will remain on my credit for 6 more years. I will start searching for apartments in 3 more months. What are my chances of getting an apartment? I don't have anyone I know that will cosign for me. What should I do? I can't stay at the place I am living either. Should I find a sublet?

I have been searching for almost two months to no avail. Are there no legitimate lenders that perform Debt Consolidation Loans? I am not looking for a Home Equity Loan, I mean a loan to "replace" my high interest loans and credit cards with one affordable monthly payment?
