So this job I've always wanted, dont necessarily have the education for it, but through my experiences I have the skill & knowledge and passion. I think in this field its that that counts anyway. So I have a panel interview tomorrow, how do I sell myself in the best way possible to ensure that I impress the interviewers pants off ?

There's no pat answer. Try to find out as much as you can about the company and the position - so you can pitch your skills toward them.

Most interviews are about whether they think you will fit in with the existing people.

If you have the skill and knowledge and enthusiasm, then this will show through.

With panel interviews the most difficult part is ensuring you get your message to everyone, so you must start giving your answers to whichever interviewer asked the question, then make sure you make eye contact with the others in the panel while you complete your answer.

Dress appropriately, speak proper English not street talk, prove you have the skills, show you have the passion, and knowledge, and that is about all that you can do. Good luck with the interview

Be yourself. If you have the skill, knowledge and passion. That will show through by being yourself.
