My employer told me that it wasn't a problem. If I want to "turn her in" and report this to someone, can I as the employee get in any trouble and how do I report this?

It was my first credit card, and they closed it due to inactivity. Now my credit score will fall because of it. Is it legal to do? The card was in good standing.

I got scammed on Kijiji Classifieds, what should I do? I paid someone 360.00$ but he did not ship my product, and he his not coming online anymore. It looks like his avoiding me. I paid him via TD Canada Trust Easy Web Banking, and he already accepted the money, what should I do? I also have a written agreement of him shipping my product (a MSN messenger conversation that I saved). What should I do? Please help, I'm despereate.

Heard on local radio 9/27...but can't find anywhere...
Is the IRS thinking about fazing out the interest deduction that homeowners have on their mortgage payments?

* We lost the deduction for interest paid on car payments
* We lost the deduction for interest paid on credit cards

Now they are going to do away with this VERY NEEDED deduction on our taxes?

i am trying to start a small business that delivers, and i was hoping to except checks and cash but i am skeptical about excepting checks unless i have something that will hold up in court if it bounces. how do i write a contract that protects me?

Last year I quit my job in a medical group to follow the doctor i was working for when he started his own private practice since i was the only employee he asked me to work as an independant contractor until he established the office..so I agreed. He told me that i would be able to work under his office license...WRONG. I just recieved a letter from that city stating that I owe a business tax license and I have to pay a penalty for not having my own business license and working in their city! Should I try to have that doctor pay for this because he should of known that i needed this. I was young and didnt really understand what i was getting in to. He also told me that when i did do my federal taxes that it would be no more than 1000...it was 7000. I no longer work for him!

I moved into a new apartment complex (995 dollars a month) about 1 month ago. ever since i moved in, i've been having an issue with the people upstairs making loud noise. i can hear their tv loud, they talk loud, and they storm around alot the floors creak excessively. over time it has driven me absolutely nuts.
I have taken these steps in this exact order:
1) I went up there and i talked to them nicely, and asked if they could please keep it down. they said yes i will keep the tv down (closed door in my face)
2) i went up there a second time days later as problem continued. i suggested the fact maybe your television is close to the wall? vibrations? they got rude and said no i lived here 3 years i never had any problem before you, closed door in my face
3) i talked to my landlord. he talked to them and they had a conversation. problem continued even after this.
4) i talked to landlord multiple times and he mentioned they were moving soon but wont give me a date for legal reasons.

Im looking for the eye dropper type bottle similar to what Warhead Sour Drops come in. I am repackaging a solution product I am investing in and to increase my profit I am planning on using smaller bottles. It comes in 1oz bottles and the smallest I can find online is 5ml and thats still a bit bigger than I wanted. I need to compete with the other products that are $2 and to do so i need small packaging. The originals are costing me $2 for each oz and the cost of the 5ml bottles will just break even with the original profit of selling the 1oz by itself.

Does anyone know weher I can find those small dropper bottles cheap? or at all for that matter. I know they are made somewhere i just cant find them.

i know some parents that are illegal immigrants who have children in school and are paid in cash. im not sure why theyre paid in cash, maybe because they dont have an id or something, but anyway how will they be able to file taxes if they have no proof of income. also for those who are trying to fill the fafsa, what can they do if their parents are paid in cash. should they put "will not file taxes" what exactly would this do to the ppl applying for the fafsa?

HI, I have a situation here : My relatives from overseas asked to buy a luxury car for them here i US and ship it to them, so I did. They deposited money to my US bank account ,then I took that money and bought and shipped that car over seas to my relatives. I did NOT earn any penny on it. When tax time comes what should I do? I had a problem with Nextel, never gat the service but was billed for it. Try for a year to fix it by phone. i tought it was ok and rhen the collection agancy started to callevery day. it was only 100us so i paid...now my credit score is destroyed...what can i do?

I have never had a problem with overdrafting before until today. I religiously check my balance (Once everyday online) Before making any purchases. Lately, I am not sure where things went wrong, but I noticed my purchases were not showing up online BUT my balance kept going down. I assumed that what was posted online was my available balance(b/c thats how its always been) but for the past week my purchases were still not showing up but my balance continued to go down. My paychecks are directly deposited into my account so I checked to see if that cleared. it had, but instead of having an available balance of $430, it was $175. I was very confused when I saw that I had an overdraft fee of over $200. I called wachovia's 800 number and they said that they could only refund me $50. But I really feel frustrated because I dont believe I was totally careless, as I always keep track online for its "convenience", yeah right. Is there anything else I can do?? I dont want to lose all this money.
