How long until the prices go through the roof? Does anyone know any more details of this project. Will it end up housing a lot of the real scumbags, unfortunately cheap housing has a way of doing that! And when will it move down south?

I heard that at around this time of year if you go to h and r block or amscot you could use your last paystub to get an advance (refund anticipation loan) before you get your W-2 in Jan.? Has anyone done this or tried to do it or does it just sound bogus? Someone told me they did it for christmas money but if you really could then dont you think everyone would????

Location: Dalton, GA (2 hours from Atlanta)

Right now I am thinking of studying something in the field of business or marketing.

My question is whether a career in marketing is easy to come by. I've heard stories of people going to a top college and majoring in something like law and then not being able to find a job after they get their degree, because the demand is not very high for there job. If I get a degree in the marketing field will I be able to quickly find a good paying job in my area. (Willing to move, but not to far from where I currently am)

If not what other career paths do you suggest?
- AP student
- Currently have a 3.2 non-weighted GPA
- Most of my Family owns their own business.
- Vegetarian (so I won’t be a butcher lol)
- Willing to go into the field of medicine (psychology, dentistry) also anything that pertains to the bossiness world i.e. accounting, banking, business management etc.
- Open to suggestions

I am a Small Business. My customer buys goods from a China supplier I recommended. The supplier pays me commission. If the customer make payment to my company account and I keep my portion and wire the supplier's part to the supplier, and I pay GST for the portion I earn, it is kind like the customer and supplier use my bank account transferring fund, does this work in terms of import/export and RCA regulation?

I have a stock BPT (NYSE) which I keep just for the 10%+/year dividend it has been paying out. Will the capital gains taxes which I get charged on these dividends be equal to whatever tax bracket I am in, or is there a fixed tax rate on them which may be at some % less than my tax bracket (which I think is around 33 or 35%)? I'm hoping obviously that the latter is the case as I'd rather not get charged 30% in taxes on the 10% dividend that I'm making. Also, would the tax rate on stock dividend payout be affected in any way on how long I had held the stock? Thanks in advance for any pertinent and knowledgeable responses.
