Im in college I was wandering...is ture that something going to college that commuter just hapens to have dorms..and still live with your parent help in you in the long run in term of bills and money??? Instead of paying off student loans...later....or getting the experience of being out there by yourself better>??

Are they SE or Liabilities? Are they a temporary or permanent T-account? Are they considered a debit or a credit?

First I had to do a Journal Entry for "$52,000 was paid for other expenses".
Dr. Other Expenses 52,000
Cr. Cash 52,000

What would its T-account look like?

If I have another renter (tenant B) who is moving in the day they are scheduled to leave, and tenant A refuses to leave, what rights do I have as a landlord to remove them? What if tenants A rented vacation home for six weeks and don't have funds to leave? Thank you.

I will be making wedding stationary... invites, thankyou cards, save the date cards, favours, table plans etc etc all handcrafted myself and i might also go into the area of birth anouncements and that sort of thing. Only problem is i dont have a name yet.... soooooooooooo..... what would you call a handmade wedding stationary company.

When I moved into my apartment we asked if my truck would be able to fit into the garage and we were told yes it should. WEll we had two cars, my truck did not fit in so we put the other one in the garage. Now we have a garage but no car to fit in it, we had to rent an extra space for our truck. We are paying extra for a garage (it is attached to the apartment)that we cannot use. is there anythign we can do about it? I know it is kind of hearsay so I dont know. We are looking into ways of breaking out lease and not have to pay the 2500. Can that be used as part of it?

I had a package delivered to my old address which is about 20 miles from my house. I'm getting pretty angry about the situation, I have a 250$ item. The status says "forwarded" from over a week and a half ago. How long does it take to travel 20 miles?

lol this might seem like a stupid question. Do I want a rental agent or a realtor or what?

Basically I'm moving to LA and I was wondering how I would go about hiring someone to show me apartments and how long ahead I'd have to book them and how much it would cost et cetera.

I know I can find apartments myself online but I just want to save time. I don't really care what the cost is but I'm not sure exactly how to find someone or what exactly their title is.

my lanlord, also an attorney, gave us a 24 hour eviction notice. since then, he has removed our outside doors to our residence, plus 2 inside doors, shut off our utilities, and put some of my belongings that I had packed into a trash pile. we have 2 small children (ages 6 & 8). He has come over and harassed us almost everyday, even getting in my daughters face and yelling at her, yelling all kinds of profanities. We had no lease, and my husband worked for him to pay the rent, until he fired almost all of his workers. My husband then had a verbal agreement that if he fixed the roof of the garage that would be one month's rent. He evicted us anyway, He now enters the home with his workers anytime he chooses, because he wants to turn the house into a haunted house. I have stayed with friends about 30 miles away for the last few days, but most of our belongings are still in the house and I don't want them destroyed. I don't have a car that runs, so I have no way to get back and get them
