Can someone fill me in on what being a brand new insurance agent for State Farm would be like?
I'm going to be fresh out of college and so far it seems like I would have to figure out my own office and all that.
What is the employment test like?
Do you get to work under an experienced agent and then move up or how does it work?
I need all the ins and outs of the job please.

when i pay a large sum like $825, i dont have much money left. i have to wait until my next check. i have a private landlord. is there normally a problem if i want to pay half now and half later. i still need money for gas and food. just to get by till next check.

The largest soft drink distributor I work for ( over 10 yrs) has recently re-structured posistions in the sales area and made everyone in their current posistions "re-interview" for the job, giving it a slightly different title, and minor description changes. Many will lose their jobs, and the rest will suffer loss in wages. Now , it may trickle down to the actual delivery area which SEEMS to cut and dry to do the same thing. How can they get away with it, and where do we stand if they try?

London Properties in Fresno charged me over $600.00 to list with them for four months. I wanted a detailed list of where that $600.00 went. I know some of it was for advertising, but when I asked for a copy of the ad for my property, I never got it. The property never sold and now I am out the $600.00.

If I get a job and start making money. I'm currently a senior in highschool, and I currently stay home with my mom. I get disability becuase of my asthma and I was wondering if they would cut off my disability check if I get a job? I figure they wouldn't since I am now 18 and there only going to be counting my paycheck which won't be a lot since I'm in highschool. but I just need some clarification on this.

I am trying to find out which online discount brokers currently provide the ability to place bracket orders. A bracket order is a way of saying - if stock goes below x amount sell, if stock goes above y amount sell. A bracket order is an easy way to do this all in one order, but I am also interested if someone can suggest any brokers which at least allow you to place two separate sell orders on the same security (one being a stop loss, and one being a limit) to do the same thing. we r living in a trailer that we have been in for over a year now the ppl that said they owned it we have been paying them $400.00 a month for over a year now and found out that they really don't own it...the ppl that really own it got ahold of us and signed the title over to us so we r putting it in our name...but the trailer is on the other ppls land where it has been for like 4 years or so....what i need to know is when they find out that we have the trailer in our name can they make us move it off there property with out haveing us evicted???
