I don't usually check my savings acct. but now while browsing online I happen to notice that they've been deducting a monthly service charge of $3.00. I never heard of any bank that charges on savings , not to mention that I have a decent amount of money from them. I need to hear your opinion on this since today is Sunday and their customer service is closed. I'll talk to them tomorrow. Thanks.

I want to make a budget thing on the computer that says how much I have, how much I'll be getting, helping me set aside money for fun stuff, but ultimately saving for an iPod nano. Does that make sense?

I own www.insurancetrouble.com domain name. Originally I purchased this domain out of my own frustration dealing with insurance companys. Due to various reasons, I never built this site. Give me some of your ideas. If you are interested in doing something good with this domain, then I am open to working together or even selling it.

Give me your suggestions on what you want to see in this website.

I was just asked to do data entry work for a local cemetery. They need me to input all of their records into a program that I created. They need ALL of them put into this database. There is over 16,000 entries to be made. I know one of the people who works for the cemetery and I do not want to charge too much but with all of the time and work that I going to have to put into this to get the job done and in a timely manner. Please only serious responses.

My boyfriend and I had plans to purchase a home together. I got the loan because I had better credit and once in the future when he fixed his we would re-fi and add him on the loan. We also agreed he would be on the title because he would be paying half of the mortgage.

Right before closing I came to my senses and decided if he wasn't on the loan then he wouldn't be on the title. It's not that I don't trust him it's taking the safe route.

Well he was furious with me and told me I was a liar. I closed on my house 2 days ago and now he wants me to re-fi and add him on the loan so he can be on the title or else he is not moving in with me.

I'm so hurt he is doing this because I got a really low interest rate and I don't want to start over. What can I do? I told him we should gt married then and he agreed. But I don't want my marriage to be based solely on a house title issue. I feel like I'm against the wall and I don't know what to do.

my credit score is in low 600's I would probably have only a few thousand for a downpayment, first time home buyer in this even possible to get financing for a home with my situation--in about a year. My apt is too small, neighbors are a problem--always feuding with us. so house is needed sooner rather than later. What can we do? with the market the way it is--could i be approved for a home loan. we just paid off some old debt. so i assume my credit score will go up some from what it is now 615...average.

what chance do i have of obtaining a home loan in 1year in my situation.... thanks..

There must be be some kind of alternative lending recourses out there.Does anyone know where I can find one or more of these

My wife is a registered nurse and works at a hospital in Missouri (on the State Line), but we live in Overland Park (Kansas). They take out Missouri income taxes, but not Kansas.
Will we have to claim income taxes in Missouri and Kansas? Isn't that illegal (double taxation)?
We will claim federal taxes in Kansas (state of residency), but we are concerned that we are going to pay 40% in taxes versus our normal 20% bracket. HELP!!!

I'm in a situation where I've been leapfrogged by a co-worker. He gets a lot more responsibility than me, although I have been there longer. He also asks for my assistance, and I feel like I'm a being a sucker by lending it to him. He gets the credit for the work, even if I figured out the problem. Should I stop helping him when he asks for help, as I am in competition with him for advancement?

I just started a new job as a hostess at a restaurant and after I got home I started to cry wondering if I had made a mistake. I want to quit sooooo badly but I don't know if I should. Would it be a little rude to do so after only working there for a few days. Another problem with this is that my best friend works there too and she pretty much got me the job. I need help now. What should I do??????

I'm an extremely good worker, although maybe a little assertive at times. My manager used to be really nice, but now, she bitches at me anytime I approach her. Twice in the last 2 days, I approached her for something I could only ask her, and no other worker, and she yelled at me, saying HELLO, go ask someone else (this isnt something I can ask any other manager or should know myself).

I got so mad today that I got a headache, and told her I had to leave a few hrs early.

Sheesh...why do bosses think they can humiliate workers, and in front of others? I wasnt trying to annoy her, and she didnt seem busy!

I changed jobs in the middle of last year. Between the two jobs, I earned substantially over the SS Tax max, but the second job clearly didn't know my total earnings for the year and kept taking out social security tax until the end of the year. I probably over paid SS Tax by about $1-2K. Is there anyway to get this money back? If so, how do I go about doing it?

All help is appreciated.
