Hi,

I am with a job broker due to my disability and they were supposed to inform me of some training vacancies reserved for disabled people and they failed to inform me as my adviser was off sick.

They have other advisers who's clients were informed about these opportunities and I was informed that they were not allowed to inform the clients of the adviser who was off sick.

If a company ignored clients of someone who was off sick, what do you think the result of this action would be?

If it was you, what would you do?

Would you consider signing my petitions on disability rights.

You can find them here

I would like to look into buying a property at auction as I am a first time buyer, unable to get a foot on the housing ladder. After looking into various Goverment schemes, my only other option is shared ownership.

I would like to know the process of raising a mortgage for a property bought at auction.
I know that a 10% deposit is required on the day of the auction.
Is it a case of obtaining a mortgage in principle, purchasing the property and then applying for the mortgage after the sale?

I am assuming that no mortgage lender will lend money without there being a property in place to secure the loan on.

Any information on this would be appreciated

Many thanks

I am a U.S. citizen working overseas and I take the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion. This leaves me with $0 taxable income. However, I would like to put my stock earnings into a tax free account. I have been told that I cannot put the money into an IRA. Are there any other options? My total stock earnings will not be more than $5000 in any given year.

I'm a single male veteran with no children. I want to purchase a home and was prequalified for 110k using my VA Home Loan. My girlfriend has a very high debt to income ratio and will likely file bankruptcy due to high credit card debt. I can't buy anything with her in that shape. I don't have a down payment, I do have the VA benefits. Home prices are more expensive than ever. How do I purchase a home on my own? In Phoenix, AZ the housing market seems out of reach and all that is left are small "apartment condos."

Im not trying to have a hidden identity or anything, but I hate it when people mispronounce my first name. Its been happening for years. I want to use my middle name as my first name, when I conduct business. I want to be known by my Middle Name in the business world. I want to sign business contracts using my middle name as my first name and my real last name as my last name. Is this possible? How can I make it official?

Ex: If my name was, Harold John Fitz (Not really my Name)

and I wanted to be referred to as John Fitz in the biz world and sign biz contracts as John Fitz, Coud I do that...

If I posted this in the wrong category, please let me know where I should post it.

A non-profit company wants to cancel my contract to provide services to them two months early (for cost savings - not for 'cause'.) I'd could make a legal case, but I dont' want to. I'd be happy with a credit for a tax-deductable donation for the portion of the contract that I am "waiving" for their benefit.

Can I deduct the "lost income" as a donation? What type of receipt should they give me?

My boss of 24 years took my insurance coverage away without any warning, saying he can no longer afford to pay for it. It was stated to my manager that my insurance would be reinstated in the fall when business picks back up, but now he changed his mind and denied me again. Is this legal? Is there anything i can do or call to stop this cheap scrooge from doing this to anyone else?

From a legal standpoint, what do you think of an employer stating on a review that an employee's personal life has affected thier attitude, temper and overall performance? What about labeling someone as playing "the victim?"

Well I got my degree in commerce. I hated accounting with a passion and thought that I would do a trade. I did floor laying/tile setting in the summers.

So I'm an electrician. I am a helper but I already took my 1st year schooling and by the time I'm an apprentice(3 months probation) I will be up 600 hours, half of my first year hours. My plan in my degree was to start my own business. The average age of an electrician here is 50 so most of them are going to be retiring soon so the opportunities are there. They also bill $70/hr plus materials and markup.

So they promised 8 hour days and benefits. Well I am 400 hours into it and work 40 hours overtime a month with no time and a half ever(In my contract), no benefits ever(Also in my contract), and $4 less an hour than other employers. Will it look bad if I quit right after the 3 month mark and I get my apprentice papers signed? I need the reference but the employer lies constantly and everyone hates thier jobs.

I dread work
