3 Customer Service in the UK?

I've had nightmares with this companies offshore call centre! Is it just me or have others suffered the same "fate"?

I've had nothing but bad experience with 3's customer services overseas. Used to experience the same problem with AOL. Nightmare!!

Horrendous - a total nightmare.

Its not just you don't worry - they are TERRIBLE! I've had nightmares with them and so has my husband.
