If you are going to start a pizza parlor, here is what you need;

-File your D.B.A.
-Open bank account
-Location (rent)
-Get business license
-Federal EIN number
-State merchant account
-Local licenses and permits (health,fire)
-Get equipment and furniture financing
-Buy stock and supplies
-Do some advertising
-OPEN!!

This is just the basics. For a more detailed business plan seek professional consultation.

Good luck.

Go to http://www.score.org/index.html and in the upper left hand corner, enter your zip code. On the next screen, you will get information in the nearest SCORE chapter. Call them and arrange for a free meeting with a SCORE counselor to discuss starting a pizza.

SCORE is a nonprofit association dedicated to entrepreneur education and the formation, growth and success of small business nationwide. SCORE is a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).

SCORE has 389 chapters in locations throughout the United States and its territories, with 10,500 volunteers nationwide. Both working and retired executives and business owners donate time and expertise as business counselors.

You have a lot to learn in a short time!
I recommend finding a business coach to help you learn what you need to get started as well as what pitfalls to avoid along the way.
You may just be creating a job for yourself (your business) that is far worse than just a job.

Just always keep one thing in mind. You need customers. As silly as that sounds, many people if not practically all get everything else but have no business because they have no customers.

you will need money and enough to buy a small place to open your restraunt and you'll need workers, also advertisment, once you get your buisness going.
