im really screwed here... I have been seening this Tax Preparer for two years someone at work referred me to him so i thought id give him a try... ok so i ended up faxing all my w2's to him as he told me too, so he could get started working on them, i then called him so we could meet up and i could go over the forms and to sign them..never got a hold of him 2 weeks later i get a massive refund from the IRS, all of sudden he calls me and tells me hes fee is half of what i got, not knowing what to do i gave him half... long story short, i get an Audit from the IRS i call him tell him whats going on, he says hell take care of it, he didnt i got a MASSIVE MASSIVE bill from the irs weeks later, my tax preparer is no where to be found, changed all his numbers everything... I never even met this guy, never signed anything of returns i had no idea what he was doing to my taxes.. im so lost and dont know what to do... please any advice would be helpfull thank you!

I wanna get a personal loan from 5-10k I have bad credit from stupid mistakes in the past and Im saving up money to buy a new car so I wont have to take out a car loan for like 30k I can pay off a personal loan though. I need it quick becuase my dog got hit by a car yesterday and her medical bills are gonna come up a little over 5k. Even though I have bad credit I own a home in detroit so should'nt that make it way easiar to get a loan if I use my other home that I dont care for as collateral?

I have had 4 meetings. One for the initial contact. Two after interest was shown by the employer. Three after taking a test for the job, (I passed) and four a long interview about the details and responsibilities of the position. An indepth application packet was then sent out of state to corporate headquarters for processing and appoval. That was 3 working days ago. I hate being so close but just don't have it etched in stone, ya know what I mean?

I have a question regarding my origination fee? just wondering if its a good deal, the broker said it was, figured she would say anything (keep in mind my credit is fair and i make 45,000, but i also have other income verify)
here my "good faith estimate" Im refinancing my two family house (appraised at 620,000) its a conventional loan fixed for 30yrs i'm located in new york city

loan amount 461,000
interest rate is 6.75
origination fee is 1.500% = 6,915.00??
estimate closing cost include the origination fee and other fees > totaling >> 22,146.00

any info u can provide arould be greatly appreciated, thanks :)

Ok, earlier today I got a knock at the door. My girlfriend is at work and I am working hard at learning CGI. I get up to answer it, "what is going on in bathroom?" (he's polish) I was like "I durno" so we went to the bathroom and the toilet was running. He went to go reset it while cursing F*** this and F***in that. He started yelling at me, and I was like excuse me?? Thats harassment you know! Well he wanted me off the premises. Thats cool. Well apparently he talks like this to my girlfriend a lot, she works for him and his motel. When she moved in she didn't have a lease agreement. Is renting out an apartment from a lagit business in Colorado illegal? Also, if it is legal, what rights do the tenants have if there is no lease? There are many problems with this guy.

My girlfriend and I have just moved for college. We have an apartment and really want jobs as soon as possible. Being enrolled in mortuary science we applied for a funeral home however she has just gotten hired at Banana Republic as we thought we weren't getting the funeral home job due to delays in responses. Now it's her first day and she's not sure to continue as nothing is going on and quit, to ask them if she can possibly come back and lose the position should things not work out, or what to do? Im 37 ,married with two small kids and am in desperate need of a career change. Icurrently work nights in a wholesale warehouse and have done so for the last 11 years.Imake about $ 16 an hr. but raises come only once a year and are usually minimal at best.I've looked into both welding and truck driving as possible changes but have gotten mixed responses on both. I don't have the time to go to a four year school and really need to get going on this so any suggestions would be most welcome .Thanx.

my brother passed on and left a will leaving his siblings his properties and his nieces money in the bank. Now nieces are suing the executive of the estate because they want some of the properties also. If they sued are they still allowed to get something. Someone told me that if anyone sues the deceases last wishes they get $1.00 Is this true?

I'm thinking of collaborating with a group of people to take ordinary yard waste, organic waste and old pine needles from old tree farms and turn it all into fuel pellets and Bio-fuel so farmers can concentrate on producing food for people instead of wasting all there resources on producing food crops just for fuel consumption which could lead to a shortage of food in the future. I bought a house with my best friend after she got divorced. Within 4 months she got a boyfriend, and 2 months later she moved out and stopped paying on the utilities. She still pays her half of the mortgage but it wasn't enough for me to still be able to live there so I moved back home with my parents. The house has been sitting empty for about 8 months now and we recently found a renter. She gave the possible renter (one of her sisters friends) a key to the house and they have been in there and keep asking when I am going to get my stuff out. I got most of it out, but left a tub in the kitchen to get the dishes, came back and someone had THROWN all my stuff in a box. I do NOT want to rent to these people, if they can be this rude to me now, what makes me think they are going to respect my house. My ex-friend said if they don't move in she isn't paying on the house anymore. What should I do?

I've been working since I was 13yrs old. I worked 3 jobs in high school to support my family. I went to college for free but decided to drop out after my first year to pursue my 2nd dream-being salon owner/product line/etc. In 2004 I lost all three jobs, so I decided to go to school. Since then I've got my licenses to work in a salon. I am wanting to go back to school to take some classes for what I want to do. But I need a job first ($$$)...I've had the worst time with work! Employers that don't pay me, etc. Its 2007 and I'm 23 and still have no job (its been a year!) I've always been independent and its killing me! I've applied everywhere! That's all I do M-F. I sometimes get to speak with the hiring manager and I never say anything negative about past employers. I would love to get into a salon-but applied everywhere. I believe a school I transfered from is bad mouthing me. At this point I don't care where I work-I've applied at gas stations, fast food, part time, full time! HELP ME
