Hired private apartment in Mallorca. The apartment had many faults and we suffered several calls form estate agents all who had keys to get into property to show potential buyers around. Contacted owner who then said it was acceptable behaviour. It totally ruined our holiday. Please advise on how I can get some form of compensation. At no point were we told that the apartment was up for sale by the owner.

I have a $3,000 bonus and $9,000 in proceeds from a stock purchase plan. What should I do with this $12,000?

I have a $30,000 student loan at 5% $206 a month
$14,000 car loan at $290 a month / 9% interest.
I also have a $14,000 balance on my home equity line of credit at 15.4%.

I know that's a really high interest rate, but I am a bit conflicted if I should pay off my car loan to free up that extra $300 a month to pay down the HELOC faster or if I should focus on the HELOC and keep the $300 a month payment going?

Does anyone know how well the housing market is doing in the Milwaukee area? And if I were to start flipping houses, which suburb would be a good place to start?

People say I use my mental illness as an excuse for poor performance on certain tasks in which I don't, but THEY use my mental illness as an excuse for why I can't do this & that. I go apply for jobs, & employers don't even consider looking @ my application or resume. No one wants to hire me, & I'm frustrated. & then when I do get a job, people fire me the 1st day. Am I destined to be poor forever?

He needed the money to pay a hotel stay after the airline lost his luggage. I lended him $300 cash depositing in his checking account. It's been 3 weeks since the date proposed by him to pay back and doesn't keep me posted of what's happening or reply my calls. Now I really need that money, I'm really squeezing my dimes to pay some bills and keep up with everyday expenses. Really feel stupid thinking that there's honest people and thinking about beign a "good" person.

Is there a way to get it back through his bank? is there a way at all. How can I report this to get my money back.

I just ordered a new bed from Littlewoods (a much needed necessity).
I chose the option of paying £9.98 a week for 20 weeks.

In the direct debit screen on the website it says to either choose minimum payment or full payment? What is the difference?

Is minmum payment the £9.98 and full payment the full price of the bed? Or is the full payment the £9.98.

This is my first time ordering from a catalog so I'm a bit confused and I can't find anywhere on the site that explains the difference :/

xx
