i want to know if i go into medical assistant will i be able to have the skills for Medical office specialist because the school im going to doesnt have that program for office specialist. Thanks.

An office specialist is front desk work. A medical assistant actually works with the doctor.

No, but you can learn the rest on the job. Medical office should be easy to learn. I've thought about doing that myself, as I did not get to finish my MLT training because the program was shut down.
