The question is for a customer service position, the question is
:
Why would consumers have the ultimate experience while speaking with me.

First you are a good listener and you can show empathy with your customers situation, if unable to help them with a situation ,be honest,sincere and let them know that you will try and get an answer for them as quickly as possible. Pass the information on or get an answer and then follow up with them in a timely manner. They will appreciate your help.Even is it isn't the answer they wanted they will appreciate the fact the someone respected their situation and got back to them.

Because you would show the customer your ultimate respect and interest in their problem or situation and at the same time protect the position of your employer.

But hopefully ,
You are empathetic and able to understand their issues .
You are also resourceful in finding ways to meet their needs and
You are articulate and polite in your communications .
