single mom with 2 kids and no child support. Leaving the state and my internet and cell phone don't supply service in my new state. The internet alone wants me to pay $480 just to get out of my contract.

So how does bankrupcy work? Can I still get my student loans for universtiy? Can I still get utlties to my house? Do they track down my ex and make him pay backpay (that would be bad, I'll tell you that)? What is bankrupcy?

Does it just mean I can't get a bank loan and master cards? Is that all it is? Cuase I can't get that on studen loan anyway.

I let a friend move into my place and now she has her boyfriend staying here they broke my door to my bedroom of the hinges and they will not stop smoking weed in my house and I have a 2 month old baby, and all the police said was that there is nothing they could do if the girl and her boyfriend don't want them to search there things. I told both of them to get out but before she moved in I wrote up an agreement for her to pay me $600.00 in rent but she only gave me $300 and said she would give me the rest three days later. now I call the cops to get them out and the cops say I have to let them stay and obtain an eviction notice for both of them an give them 30 day because she gave me money. So even though thay say 30 days could my rental office give them a no trespassing notice to make them leave? And yes they know becase the cops has been to my house 7 times in 2 days beacuse of them.

I want to order a DVD Box Set that costs around $115.49 with shipping, and i dont have a credit card(yea loser i know) and i was given the choice to pay with a Money Order, but how does it work, when the delivery guy comes do i just give him the money order or what happens i need help!!!

We acrue vacation known as PTO hours based on how much time we spend at work and how many years we have worked for the company. I have always worked a lot and I keep a lot of hours in my paid time off bank. I dont use them because if I had an emergency, I would need the time off. I am single and have no one to depend on except myself.
It just seems like the people who are always on trips and calling in never have hours in there bank, so when something happens and they need the hours off, they have no hours in the bank to rely on. so the human resources dept asks us to donate our hours to them because of illness or whatever.
I do not donate because I feel like I work hard and I keep the hours in the bank on purpose in case I need them if I were to become ill.
I dont mean to sound like a hard @ss but I have to protect myself. I feel like I am being selfish and greedy. Am I.

Im seriously considering entering the field (would be starting school in spring..). Is it a challenging, interesting job, or will i bore easily? I want something in the medical field, but also need something that can capture and keep my interest throughout my career.
