What would you consider to be your weakness and why? What would be a good answer to this question?

I have to agree with another. Tell the truth. Show that you have evaluated yourself. Show that you know your limitations. Show that you have potential for growth. They want to know something about your character and goals.

A truth that is not negative.
This is what I use, "I would say my biggest weakness is that I have not completed my Bachelors degree yet, but I am working on it!".
Don't listen to the hordes that say you should say something like, I'm a workaholic, or I am a perfectionist. Everyone says these things and no HR person cares. Say something that they already know and is the truth. Brownie points galore!

The truth. Tell them of your weaknesses as we all do have it. What is more important to your answer is how follow this through with actions so you may overcome them or at least handle them in the work place.
