is it possible i can get my money order back?i signed up for a low income housing apartment and i haven't signed the lease yet just gave the manager the security deposit.if i changed my mind about moving in can i get my security deposit back?

We just signed a contract last night. The purchase is a new "Blue Water Mirage" Around $32,000.00. We are questioning if the passanger load. Can we get out of this deal if we have not taken possession of the boat. Delivery is set for Friday. Please advise. We are not ones that usually "jump in". We acted on emotions......Dumb I know!

My husband died (Feb. 2, 07) and I called in to my job to let them know. The human resources manager contacted and told me to let her know when I could be back. I ended up returning to work 2 weeks later. (Feb. 14, 07) I was sent home by my supervisor's boss. My supervisor told me I needed to go back home and she didn't expect me back until the beginning of the month. I went out of town and was scheduled to be back on Mar 1, 07. The HR manager called me the Friday (Feb. 23, 07) before I was getting back and told me I need to be back on Feb. 26, 07. I explained I was out of town and would be back in three days after that Monday. I also explained to her that I couldn't get a flight back in that timeframe. She told me that b/c of high call volume I needed to be back and if I wasn't I would be fired. When I got back sure enough I was.

Can you just bring your loan up to date and have it restored? Does one have the right to owrk out a payment plan with the finacial institution? Can the payments be put on the end of your mortgage like in a forebearance case? If your house is sold by the bank do you get the difference between the loan and the equity present in the property? I owe @ $2500 on a 600k house in which my equity should be over 400k. Any suggestions?

kay well theres this really nice house i want to buy. but i have a yucky credit score because of my soon to be ex-husband ruined it on other women. the person there said that they will pay off my credit so i can buy a house there. is this true? has anyone done this? did it work? well also my step dad said he did it before when he had bad credit and he got a house. but that was in louisiana but i live in virginia. please help?

I sent a check to for the high school reunion. Somehow the check got misplaced. Mine wasn't the only one misplaced. Contacted my bank they charge to stop a payment on the check. If I pay the fee this ads onto the price I already paid to attend the reunion. Do you think I should still be libel for the payment? I don't know what calif. law states but I think I shouldn't have to reissue another check. I'm wondering if I should even stop payment. Please give me some advice.

A couple of weeks ago, they said the market was doing really well for those of us who have 403B and 401K's, but now I hear things are going down hill and I have no clue what that means. The Lincoln Financial group is handling my 403B. Do they know what they are doing? I have about 20 yrs before I retire.

£125,000 - what can you buy with this before you have to pay 1%? This should be like £200K shouldn't it? Prices have gone up so much since the last re-rating.
Surely there should be a £1m+ stamp duty of say, I don't know, 5%?
