I got hurt on the job little over a year, and since than I have been harassed. I don't do the same job anymore and my hours have been cut. My manager says that she has no work for me because I have work restrictions. And the job that I do now, she only has me working every other weekend, and two people from another company have transfered to my dept and they are working every weekend and she won't let me work every weekend because she says that she has no more hours for me. What can I do about this? Can I sue this company or my manager. I have workmen's comp, I have not gotten a check from them yet.

I have recently been job hunting and a lot of sources tell you to write down things you are interested in and sadly one was alcohol. I have known people who worked for companies that just go from bar to bar and market they brand. Does anyone know how to get into this field? Thanks everyone.

I work in a small office that provides alternative healthcare services. The office heiarchy is as follows: the boss/owner; me: office manager/ personal assistant to the boss/ receptionist/etc.... and then our new receptionist who was hired to take a majority of the receptionist work off of my hands three days a week.

She has been working with us for three months now, with the exception of a months worth of vacation she's taken. I went through the patient folders one morning conductiing a survey to find the majority of the folders created since she has been here were done incorectly. So when she came back in I told her what i found and explained again how to do it. She did and all through out made comments giving reasons to pardon her insufficies.

Toady, I find all of our reports for credit card income are incomplete and improperly done. She thinks and says she's making things "more efficient" but she's making a mess! Help!!

I n April I was taken to the hospital via ambulance having multiple seizures. I went to a hospital that my insurance considers in-network, but then they said that my attending physician (whom I was assigned not that I chose) was not considered in-network and was only partially covered . I spent about 5 days in the hospital. We are being charged nearly $1200 just for the physician that we did not know was out-of network. Can the insurance company do this? Is it standard policy with all health insurance?

My friend hasn't been feeling well for a few days now and needs to see a doctor.

Does anyone know how much a doctor visit would be if she went to a walk in clinic? She doesn't have any insurance.

By the way we live in Miami, Fl.

Im not quite sure if I should be going to a mortgage broker to apply for one, or just go to each bank individually? Also, are there any out there that do not have a repayment penalty? I am also assuming that once the property sells the loan needs to be automatically repaid.

I would also like to know how this will affect my credit score. Is it better to have an X amount on credit cards, or have that same amount on an equity loan.
Thanks

I have been unemployeed for almost a month now. Jobs are really scarce where I live and those that are open I haven't been successful at snagging. I really need to start earning extra money until I find a job. I've tried to sell my artwork but most people that live around my neighborhood aren't into culture or art. Does anyone have any suggestions for how I can earn extra money and get back on my feet again? I am fresh out of ideas.

I've looked at type-at-home.com, dataentrybusiness.com, dataentrycompany.com, dataentryprogram.com, and countless others. I've been looking for over two weeks now. Some sites talk them up, some talk them down ( to the ground), I don't know who to trust. I'm cautious because each program is like $50.
If any one has tried these or any others please tell me which one works. I will love you for life. I'm not looking for the "get-rich-quick" I just want one that works!!!

I'm looking for the New York Stock Exchange ticker symbols for Gold (the one that will show the current value of about US$650.00 per oz), Silver, Platinum, and Oil (all three need the same requirement as Gold). I want to add their ticker symbols to MY YAHOO financial portfolio so I can easily track them. I'm not looking for stocks, futures, options, or the like. Just the straight info on these precious commodities, please. I searched Yahoo Finance, Wikipedia, and Google and couldn't find what I'm looking for at those sites. Please, no referrals or links - just the ticker symbols. Thanks in advance.

Is there some kind of ratio for how much your house should cost vs what you make in a year? Like 100,000 your house should be no more than 200,000...I know you are supposed to have 6 monthes pay in your savings account and no more than 15% debt. What is the housing rule?

I have an interview working for a Health Club as an Assistant Manager tomorrow. I need guidance because, my interviewing skills really suck and I get nervous. I know part of the interviewing process is to ask a lot of questions and to be asked a lot of questions.

Can anyone help me with what types of questions that I should ask and what types of questions will be asked of me.

I’ve never worked in a health club before.

I work for an apartment community in Texas and our current housekeeprs for our vacant units are doing terrible. My boyfriend and I are thinking about starting to clean them and possibly later expanding it into a larger business. The company I work for requires that our vendors be insured and bonded. We figure we have to speak to an insurance agent for this however do we need to have a Tax-ID #? Do we need to make it a corporation or partnership? How do we go about doing that? We need help figuring out where to start. Thank you in advance.
