My job title is assistant key holder. But I was told by a colleage that HR staff/ hiring people don't like to see the word "keyholder" on a resume or cover letter because:
1. it doesn't look as important as manager
2. they may have no idea what a keyholder is

Are these true?

Secondly, he says I should drop the "assistant" and just put something along the lines of "store manager". What is your take on this? Should I listen to him, or just write Assistant Keyholder in my resume and cover letter?

Mind, this is for an Administrative position(Admin Asst, Receptionist, etc.)

This angers me and I don't understand. Does Experian actually inflate your credit scores or is Transunion really a hard-***? My Experian score is 637 which puts me in the "Fair" bracket. But then my Equifax is 606 and Transunion is 598 (crap!) and both put me in the "poor" bracket.

I don't understand. I would think my scores would be relatively the same between the three.

Why the discrepencies in scores? Is one more "accurate" than the other? How would a potentinal landlord and employer evaluate these scores? Would they average them out?

What would be a reasonable cost for having 5 acres surveyed? The land already has some survey posts marked and the whole south side of the land I am purchasing is clearly marked.

My husband and I bought a home about 2 years ago, the market dropped big and our home has depreciated. We purchased the house for $305,000 and at the moment at best we could sell for $270,000. My husband and I need to relocate for new jobs and our house feels like a black whole. How can we sell with out killing out credit?

We live in Hawaii and our mortgage has become unmanageable. We just found out our house is worth 64k less than we owe. We have good credit though are overextended because of mortgage. No defaults and one 30 day late pay. We want to sell but do not have the credit left to get a 64k loan to pay off the rest of the loan. We desperately do not want to go into foreclosure. Any options anyone is aware of?

My friend was born with a hole in her heart. She has had a total of 5 surgeries already, but none have been covered by her insurance. The family is literally multi-millions in debt. The excuse is that the hole is pre-existing. She was born with it!!!!! Also, my friend was on her parents' health insurance before the doctors found the hole...would that make it NOT pre-existing?

How can Health Insurance providers be so in-human?
