My Dear,
You are only 18 years old.
What can to do:
1. Go back to your family. The family is the most important part from your life.
2. Look where you are at fault.
3. Мake efforts to change yourself.
If you don't revise your life and action today, tomorrow will be late.
Мotherly advice from Maria.

Call a property management company in your area & ask them what steps you can take to qualify for Section 8 renting.
or go online, there may be a site that can help you.
The government actually helps you pay rent. SECTION 8
check it out.
Other than that, I'm sorry to say, but you will learn over time, (unfortunatley you need to learn this now), your boyfriend is LESS important than your family.
Your family will always be around you, boyfriends will come & go. If you were in good standing with your family & you just hit a bump in the road, try to repair the damage now.
I don't see how you could have such terrible terrible credit at only 18. Your credit score is also more important than your boyfriend.
good luck to you

Obviously you are not prepared or ready for the responsibilities of a home. At 18 years your gold should be to concentrate on your education, on how to become a responsible person to yourself, on how to balance your life between work and recreation. You may feel that you know what it takes to run a household but, there is more to running a house that just living in one.
In your parents home is was just a place to live, eat, and sleep. However, in the real world where responsible adults live there is an accountability on how to live in your own place. One that you are not quite ready for yet.
My advise is to go back home, first apologize to your family, talk to them on how they can regain your trust and if they ask you to do something, DO IT, it's for your own good. Find a part time job, pay off your debt, further your education, set reasonable goals and attain them. Before long you will find that your life is not so complicated. And in time you will gain the maturity it takes to be on your own.
Do these things without the boyfriend. Concentrate on yourself and put your live in order first away from bad influences.
After you have made your life over by becoming a mature responsible adult and you find yourself in a contented somewhat peaceful life, then look for companionship, someone who would enhance your life not tear it down.

well you dont have money for rent and you have bad credit. What i think your should do is apply for a small gas card in your boyfriends name he needs to build credit but you can not let him be late on any payments and dont over charge on your cards.
as soon as his credit starts building you can apply for a loan.
Then i would start of by buying a mobil home only becuase they are not to $$ and your payments will be at where you can handle. Its a great starter home
when you first apply for your loan you can apply for a FHA loan wich is a goverment assistant loan that will help with your down payment good luck hun

Make peace with your family and return home. (Your "b/f" can do the same with his family.)
