You need a bank account and a job, then the credit card companies will be begging to give you an account. They know that new accounts usually result in lots of money for them because you are inexperienced in managing money and will probably max out the card right away and then you are their meal ticket for years after that. You are much better off avoiding credit cards altogether. They aren't much better than the pawn shop. You need to get a job and a bank account first though. Nobody will deal with you without that.

Try Orchard Bank or First Premier Bank. They are easy credit cards to get with no credit.

You need only to keep applying on line. lie a bit and you will get one. But watch out for the interest rate. Most companies don't ask for your bank details.
