Mr X is making 16000, in wages. He paid 11000 in his third semester for 2006, as undergraduate tuition fees. He is not choosing not to defer his student loan and paying them currently. He paid 1100 as student loan interest for the current year.

He also received $8500 from the university to pursue bachelors degree and spend $4000 on tuition and $3000 on books and supplies and $2500 for rooam and boarding. Can these things be included in Mr X's Gross Income and what is the code section that covers this income/deduction.

I helped my fiance, now husband, file his taxes so I know he filed divorced. He has been divorced for over two years. For some reason, when he received his refund check, her name is on it too.

I have asked my parents to deed me some of their land so that I may build behind their house. What are the laws and taxes surrounding this? Will my parents have to pay taxes, or will I? Can it be done even though they are still alive?

I want to hear from people who have actually lent out their credit lines and earned money through ICB. What is the exact process you have to go through, how much do they pay, how much personal information do you have to divulge? Who has access to your info? Can you think of any risks involved in this?

I know that it's an odd market. I live in the far NW chicago suburbs. I've had my house for sale for about 2 weeks. We have had a total of 4 showings. We are relocating and need to sell it for the move. The house is 6 years old. We are in a nice neighborhood. Many comparable homes in our neighborhood are on the market for $30,000 more than we are asking for ours...including our next door neighbor. We had an open house and only one person came to see it and that was a nosey neighbor. What can we or our real estate agent do to drive more people to our home? It's listed in the MLS. We had an open house. I feel we have priced it to sell in comparison to other homes on the market. We want fair market value...we don't want to undersell it. I'm not dissapointed that it hasn't sold yet. I am dissapointed that we haven't had more visitors. My agent also had a realtor walk through and had 14 realtors come through. No negative feedback from the people that have walked through.

I rent a car with Enterprise on an almost weekly basis and have never been asked if I wanted insurance, they only presumed that I was covered elsewhere, but I wasn't unfortunately.

Then I had an accident and I called the guy I deal with regularly and the first thing he said to me was "I can't get a f#$n break!" And then went ahead and told me to call my credit card company for coverage and I said that I thought I was covered with you, but I wasn't because he presumed that my card covered me.
They even made an accident report without me to top that off.
I spoke to the Manager but he didn't seem like he wanted to help me so we ended our conversation.
After that, they sent me a letter asking me to pay.
I've written a letter to the District Manager but to no avail.
If they sent my file to collection agency while I am still disputing the case, how can that affect my credit rating and how can I avoid it?

I know that my degree grade is not so good but I am aware that I could have done much better and you know you don't have to be dumb to fail an exam. It is too costly to go back to college. My country has a very high rate of unemployment therefore I have never acquired relevant work experience in the past. I wish to earn a living without being a parasite. I know I can provide world-class solutions to much of the challenges in my career field . I usually fail my interviews because I am not able to fake impressions. I think I am getting depressed each time I watch the sun rising in the morning and worse still as it goes down during sunset. Can you help?

I need to refinance my auto loan it is currently through wells fargo, and WOW they are ridiculous! Every month ieither send in my payment, make it by phone or pay it online, and every month they are calling about the payment. I have to send them proof that it was paid. I understand that everyone can make a mistake but this company is just stupid! So i want to refinance my loan with another company. Know of any great ones? I would prefer to have a company that will only call if the payment is actually late, and not just missplaced by one of their workers.

If you had access to a tool that offered you an opportunity to improve your mortgage and your credit would you subscribe to such a service? Would you buy the book? Attend the seminar? OR would you just do the same as everybody else and try to ignore the problem?

I am trying to find out the level of interest that would be out there for my system. If it is worth marketing locally or farther out

I looked up their page and called the phone # provided but all it does is tell me to check their website then hangs up. Does anyone know how to speak with a person at CSC? They are located in Dallas.

I want to work from home.

I DO NOT want to start a business or do online surveys.

Something on the lines of data entry or telecomucating with my computer.

Again, I was told by 100's, that one should NEVER pay to get any info, or pay for a membership to work for a company.

I already have an Ebay store, but not profitable. Do not want to sell anything, or have to go door to door.

I cannot find anywhere for jobs at home. Maybe I am just missing something here? Want honest work from home, no get rich quick scemes. Any links??

Now the package is probably lost because it's been 7 days already and I shipped it via USPS priority mail (NY-->ALASKA) I don't know if it takes longer to Alaska, but 7 days seems kind of long.
In the EBAY auction I did offer insurance and they did not buy it. Am I still liable for the loss?
Thanks
