you can't ... the US Treasury and/or Federal Reserve never issued any in such a large denomination.

no can do mate - Us treasury never got around to it because it's too large. Unless you count the women that (really) forged 1 million dollar bills (made their own) walked into a department store, bought some stuff and paid, even though the bill said things like UCANTCASHIT (u can't cash it) and walked out with real money.

You can't, unless you deal with a very large coin/boullion dealer. Your chances of getting ripped off are pretty good, too. You could get set up to get robbed by whoever says thet're going to sell it to you.
