I submitted two disputes in May with CSC (Equifax). The first was June 9th. No response. The second June 15th. No response. I looked up their page and called the phone # provided but all it does is tell me to check their website then hangs up. Does anyone know how to speak with a person at CSC? They are located in Dallas.

I did not submit my dispute in writing I submitted online. In my region CSC provides reports on behalf of Equifax and CSC is located in Dallas.

Did you file the dispute IN WRITING? Verbal or on-line filings do NOT protect your rights.

BTW, Equifax is located in Atlanta, not Dallas. Write to them here:

Equifax Credit Information Services, Inc
P.O. Box 740241
Atlanta, GA 30374

Knowledge is power and you need more knowledge. You need a solid credit repair program to guide you. . Usually companies charge hundreds of dollars to simply pull your credit and send correctly worded dispute letters—this is the key…..people will tell you that you can do this yourself for free but the truth of the matter is that the credit bureaus will throw your letters away or simply reject them. There is an easy to use online kit that will deliver the results you want available for just $19.95 at the source website. A similar kit is being sold via infomercials and radio talk shows for seventy dollars more but they try to solicit you repeatedly for other services after the fact.

bostonianinmo is correct. Also make sure to send the letter CMRRR (Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested). You will received a "Green Card" witht the date of receipt and the CRA will have 30 days (by law) to validate the inaccuracy.
