There is alot of information sorry I couldn't cut it short. I am applying for a loan for a mobile home (manufactured) and it's a foreclosure that has been on the market 80 days for $84K. No bankruptcy or foreclosure in the past, in fact it's a first time thing. Ok credit score is 585, 637, and 617 well they pick the middle one so it's 617. Gross monthly income of $5000 and monthly debt of $400. Well we were not accepted from caldwell banker b/c the only thing posititve on the report is one credit card which was opened in October and it's a $3000 limit with only $800 spent. On the credit report there is $3267 in debt. Is there any way we are eligible for this loan? We can do $2500 down and can show proof of everything! There are so many people out there that get this sort of thing, people worse off than us financially and it is possible.......I am in desperate need of some assistance. Paying $1000-$1200 a month is in our budget. Anyone please help! Thanks so much!

Look, the thing is this:

I bought a collectible piece on eBay some 2-3 weeks ago. When it arrived the item didn't have a Certificate of Authenticity and immediately contacted the seller.

She replied the next day, telling me that she would check in her warehouse or whatever to see if there's anything missing.
I waited for 6 long day and finally, atfer no reply from the seller, I decided to file a claim through paypal.

They have a resolutio page where you can talk directly to the seller and resolve any disputes, of course I did that. But it seems everything is on her favor.
This morning, the seller replied to me saying "auction didn't mention any COA (certificate of authenticity), we don't ship items with COA..."

So, what can I do to solve this thing in my favor?
I believe I deserve some reasonable explanation or perhaps a refund, since a collectible to be valuable must have a COA, right? I spent over 50 USD on this and now I'm very disapponted.

Someone who could help?

I don't know if I am wording it right. I want to know how much state and federal government taxes gasoline in hopes of figuring how much a gallon of gas would be if it were not taxed by government.

The mortgage institution will be making hundreds of thousands of dollars over the life of the loan in interest therefore the closing cost should be "0" Ex. You can get a credit card (loan) and is free, they will make money on the interest

If it was stolen along with a credit card. Why would the government not want to help someone keep from having their identity stolen before it happens? All credit card charges this person has made have been cancelled along with the card, but if they have the social security card can't they just keep applying for a new card?

I'm going to have extra money to put away each month. Besides an IRA or Real Estate how should I invest my money? (I don't want to be able to access it too easily, either...it doesn't have to be liquid, but I want it to be not too-high risk)
Any websites, books, info?

I've been at my first job for two and a half years, but I really feel that I want to quit and find another. I've applied for a job at Bath and Body Works in the mall every year since I was 17, but I've never received a reply, and at the time I wasn't aware that you call back a week or so later about the application. I decided to apply again over a month and a half ago when they were hiring, but I again did not call back because I did not know.

I would like to quit my first job and have another one set up by the end of July specifically, but would it look bad if I call over two months or so later asking for the status of my application, since I didn't call within a week? Should I just resubmit another, or talk to a manager? I've considered more places than this one, but this is the one I'm most interested in at the moment.
