I know a couple who want to file bankrupcty and don't qualify for it so they buy 2 new cars and then cut her job to part time and they still don't so now she just voluntarily quit two jobs so they don't have to pay the bills I think that is fraud

As SecretAgnt said until they have actually filed for bankruptcy no fraud has been commited. So until this time there is nothing they are doing that is wrong.

However, If you do find out they have filed bankruptcy. You can report suspected fraud to the Trustee through the Department of Justice. How you would do this is in the link below.

What?

This couple you said, who wants to file for bankruptcy hasn't done it, so no fraud has been committed.
And how do you know their financial situation other than talk.
Right now it is only talk and you should not worry about their financial business.
Don't you have a life of your own or something else to do other than dwell on this couple?

It may be fraud in your eyes, but the way the law is writen it is legal.pp
