i am selfemployed, I have an online business.
I get 1099's for money i receive.

Do i pay taxes on the amont of those 1099's or do i pay taxes on te money i have left after i pay my own bills?

I have a rental property (California) that has an 8.75% IR on the first (adjustable) and an 8.25% on the second. The 2nd I'm fine with. The lender on the first is Countrywide. I've paid on time and have excellent credit, that rate is just a nightmare. Do you think I could just call them and ask for a lower rate or will I have to threaten them w/foreclosure. The values have gone down so I don't think I can refi...please help!!

My score went way down (730 to 650) because of a 30 dollar bill I didn't even know I had. I saw it on my report, and payed it, but I was told it will be on your record for 8-10 years. But, I was also told, in the meantime, as that transaction gets older, my score will go up. When, or how often, will they notice it getting older, and rescore me?

It's been 1.5 years and it's still low?

I bought the condo for 95k. The HOA insures from the studs out. My personal property is worth approx 10k. It has 2 bed 2.5 bath, a living & dining room totaling 1024 sq ft with a 512 sq ft basement.

The inside is basic with mostly carpet and vynal, basic countertops, appliances, and shelving.

i will try to make this as short as poss. when i was little my parents bought a few acres of land, my grandma helped with the down payment, she didn't want my dad to be able to get the land if my parents divorced so it had my name on it and my grandma's. the deed was lost in a flood several years ago, the man they bought the property from has since passed away. i want to sell land as it is just sitting there and we aren't using it. my mom has been paying the taxes on it for about 25 years. what do i need to do to sell it? by the way my last name has changed twice since they signed my name on the land. i know it sounds bad but my grandma is in her 70's and i want to take care of it while she is still with us. i live in indiana.

I have been working as a mortgage loan processor for the last 2 years. Business has been REALLY slow these last couple of months. Everyone at my office is related to each other, except me. If I don't close any loans, I don't get paid. Well, the other processors are getting all of the files, since one of them is the boss' wife, and the other one is his sister. Everyone has stopped talking to me, they barely say hi to me, what upsets me the most, is that the boss' wife was my friend years before I started working here (she's the one that hired me btw) and she's not talking to me either, and I have no idea why!!! I mean, I would understand if they had to lay me off because there's no work, all they have to do is tell me! There's no reason for them to treat me this way. So should I just leave, or do I have to give them 2 weeks notice?
