I renovated the 1st floor of my apartment that im renting at my own expense to a salon. i havent started operating yet coz some of my friends advised me to put up a coffeeshop instead. . theres already a coffeeshop nearby. also a salon which is 2 blocks away which just opened. Im confused what to open now. or should i just find another place to start something? But i already spent alot on renovations & it would be a waste of money. . Should i start something here and what, or should i just start somewhere else?

i am a person with no money, no kind of financing for my invention but i do believe it is one of those inventions that will change the world.
this invention will double your memory, it will have you 95% ready for any type of exams (with use of course) it gives you confidence in whatever you'd like to be good at.

great for teachers and students of ALL ages. your kids will need it and love even yourself. i'm not bs'ing i am very serious. how do i get help without anyone knowing my invention? i'm afraid once my invention is found people with money could just easily make their own version of the product.

The question is start up costs and cost to stay in bussiness. What are they and how much? Will I have to comply or be inspected by the local food inspector and health regulations? What about taxes? How do I go about finding supplies to buy the food to sell and find the best bargin? Any one here tried it with any sucess?

The home I am renting is very expensive; the landlord is selling it and would like us to move out before our contract ends. She did not tell us she was going to put it on the market when we signed the contract 3 months ago. I have a family of five and we are stressed out from just finishing up our cross-country move. I think the landlord should pay me to move out early, especially because my company is picking up the cost of the house through the end of the contract, but if I move out then I'm on my own. So I think the landlord should settle with me for at least the amount of the rent through the end of the contract, plus some amount of "inconvenience". Legally, I don't HAVE to move out until the contract is up. So is there a precedent for "inconvenience fee" of moving out early to help a landlord sell his/her house?

I want to try working on a small scale mixed-farm (i know it's hard work) but am having difficulty finding oppertunities. Ideally a family run operation. The only ones i've found are through organizations where I'd pay them for the "experience". I'd be okay working in exchange for room and bored but I'm certainly not going to pay for the privalige of working 10- 12 hour days. Any ideas of where to look. preferably in western canada

I'm a young single mom so this house will be for my 6 year old son and I. It was a bank owned property then flipped.

I showed the house to my parents and they loved it so i placed an offer and had it inspected thinking I was getting a great deal.

The inspection came back with a pretty good list of things to fix up. Its a 1957 house so most of the things are pretty common. But it was as if they started flipping it and then got tired and decided to just sell it. They didn't do anything outside, only inside. kitchen was poorly painted as if they were in a hurry. It has new bathrooms, but the toilets and sinks are loose & not put in properly. Cosmetically it looks great and the issues are not too major but they add up and take up all my money that I have saved to furnish the home.

We found a couple suspicious things during the inspection. They are little things but now I'm really scared about buying this house wondering what else they are covering up. Is this a good idea?

We are having a hard time as anyone else maybe also and are running out of time and money to pay on some of our utillitys/rent payment at the moment. we have 3 small children and need to keep everything on for them,if it was just us then it would be different. We are getting some aid from the Gov. But it is not cash assistance just for food, Are there any sites I can go to that I can sign up for a loan? That way we can pay it back in installments and dont have to worry about an interest rate..
