We are having a hard time as anyone else maybe also and are running out of time and money to pay on some of our utillitys/rent payment at the moment. we have 3 small children and need to keep everything on for them,if it was just us then it would be different. We are getting some aid from the Gov. But it is not cash assistance just for food, Are there any sites I can go to that I can sign up for a loan? That way we can pay it back in installments and dont have to worry about an interest rate..

You can get help with utilities, and perhaps rent. Try local churches or faith agencies. If you're in the US, search online using your zip code at www.guidestar.org to see what nonprofits are in your area. Also, the utility you're paying may have a fund for people like you. Also, getting a loan will not help if you don't change what got you into this trouble in the first place.
