Most (if not all) 3rd world Countries are EXEMPT from the Kyoto agreement

NB. In future, DYOR (= Do Your Own Research) before posting 'Politically Correct' rubbish (no doubt fed to you by your teacher)

Generally, Western countries are only too happy for 3rd world countries to develop ... it means we can sell them a LOT more consumer goods (in exchange for their raw materials) AND we can 'export' more 'high value' jobs to their highly motivated highly educated workforce (rather than employing the know-it-all work-shy morons our own "education" system produces)
