do you know of any deterrents that can be installed specific to stop this? i have found several devices for handrails, tables, sidewalks etc.. but no speedbumps.

Instead of speedbumps how about rumble strips? every 20-30 feet?

Well, if they have adults watching them, then its the adult reponseablity to say when it is enough. If your life is affected (job, sleep, or have a mental break down) by all means please post a "NO skateboreding NO rollerblading NO bikes" sign. If that dont work then learn to enjoy the kids falling down.

Get over yourself and let kids have fun. I grew up in an apt. complex with people like you, and you obviously have no life, and have fun in ruining other's fun.
