You have just been scammed.
The money order will be returned to your bank as being forged, and you will be required to return the amount you withdrew, plus interest and fees.
You should go to the police, but you will still have to pay back all of that money

Western Union has a special section that keeps an eye on the kinds of transactions you talk about. Chances are good, you are not the only one these people have snared in their web. It is highly probable that Western Union has already reported this activity as suspicious to the FBI. The FBI is not interested in catching little fish like you, but if there big fish to be caught, your information may prove valuable to them. A local police department makes arrests even if you confess to stealing a doughnut. So, deal with the FBI. And be sure to stress that you had no idea what was going on until the thought hit you that this might be some sort of a scam.
My best friend is an FBI special agent and I believe he would offer you the same advice.

The simplest and safest solution is to transfer all money on and quit the job. Make some excuse such as the bank manager asking silly questions.
If you don't take the 10% your guilt is reduced. So if caught by the police you either end up not guilty, or guilty without a jail sentence.
Going to the police might result in further hassles. These people would be hard to catch and there is no evidence you can present to the police. The police you under pressure to gather information, and if you just quit, and they are engaged in illegal activities you might receive some threats. Which they probably won't follow up on, but cause you lots of stress.

This Payment will end up being returned to the bank as a fake money order. The bank will then want you to repay the total amount of the bounced check/money order. You want to call the police, but these criminals are hard to catch.
I'm sorry you got caught in this scam. I am always amazed by the number of job offers I get in a week as a 'payment agent.' If it sounds too good to be true, it is.

Go to police and your bank. It is a scam. The money orders are fake and will come back on your account. You and your bank/credit union will be left holding the bag.
Don't worry, you won't get into legal trouble for this. However, your bank may get mad at you.
Just out of curiosity what bank/credit union in their right mind would have accepted that?
No, the police will not arrest you. You didn't steal a donut. Did you spend the 10% yet? If not hang on to it. You'll have to pay it back to the bank.

like everyone else said, its a scam. the bank will "clear" the check in 2-3 days, but that doesnt mean that the check was good. in reality, it make take several weeks for the bank to actually verify the check. but by then you have sent the money away. guess what ? the check is fake and you are responsible to repay the bank for the money.
DO NOT SEND MONEY AWAY!!! THE CHECK WILL BOUNCE!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!

Yikes!! Sorry to tell you but you have been scammed. Most likely what will happen is the money order will come back to the bank as being forged and well who are they going to come after? YOU! So you need to contact the bank but do so after you contact the FBI.

Hey man, if that money dont belong to you, give it to the rightful owner, if not you will get in trouble. If you have spent that already, go and borrow from a bank and somehow pay it. If you get found out you will get send to prison. Hell thats serious. Its criminal.

Oh gosh, how much money did you send them? You will be forced to repay the funds taken out of the account.
You didn't launder their money, they stole yours.
I am sorry, that stinks!
