I am thinking about chosing law as my profession. I have looked up many things and can not find anything that tells me the types of lawyers and what exactly they do. I think that i would either like to be some kind of prosecuter or a lawyer that specialized in home cases. Such as abused children and child wellfare. If someone could give me a link to something that could help me or discribe exactly what i would be doing with the types that i have mentioned above. Thank you.

I have a tenant that is very non-responsive and always late on rent. I asked several times if he would like to renew the lease and they said no , so I signed up new tenants to move in after his lease is up. This is a collage student and I e-mail receipts to him and his parents. What concerns me is his parents are under the impression that there son was intending on saying another year. Bottom line his lease is done in about 7 weeks. I want to ensure he is out no later than his last contract day. How can I assure this?

Is it true that you can file taxes in Florida even if you haven't worked, just by claming your children. A friend told me that in Northen states you can just claim your children even if you haven't worked for the year. I was wondering if this is true and if you can do it in Florida. Also, how many children can a single parent claim.?

I think next time they make a bunch of new video game systems I'm going to order a few of them a few months to a year before they come out, as early as they start taking orders, and then when the demand is really big, like when people are camping out at circuit city lol, I'll sell them all on ebay. I think its safe to say if you sell them at the right time you'll at least double your money.

My husband and I have a plan to have all our credit card debt paid off over the next year. We only have one major credit card and we do have a solid, healthy, excellent credit history. We are wondering if we should close our major credit card account and truly try to live off what we make w/o having that easy out of "oh just put it on the credit card."

We do have family who could loan us several thousand dollars if a true emergency arose, so it's not like we really "need" it for an emergency.

When you have a solid credit history and rating, is it okay to close out credit cards? Or will that hurt your rating? Has anyone been in this same predicament?

OK, so I'm 14 and we have a family PC that is really crappy. I want a Dell that is only 18 dollars a month, which I can afford. But my dad says his credit score isnt good enough, so I have to save up all 600+ dollares for him to like credit it or something. Upon asking to get a Job, it was a "no", even after lengthy and persuasive discussion. It is frustrating that I can afford the monthly payments but I have to suffer because of my parent's financhial mistakes. at the rate that I earn money, it would take me one or two years to save enough for my new PC, by then I will lose interest. How do I make up for my parents mistakes and buy myself a computer??

I have been having problems with packages being delieved. In the past the delivery person (UPS, USPS, Fex-Ex, etc.) has rung the doorbell. Now I notice that the delivery person is not ringing the doorbell and I must keep tabs on my tracking number.

I am irked because I had a package arrive today--my entire family was home and no one rang the doorbell. Not only that, the box was open, but thankfully none of the contents had been stolen. This could have been prevented if someone had just rang or knocked! I have the tracking number and everything--has anyone tried contacting customer service of any of the above and had their situation improve?

how to capitalize, plan and execute such campaign?
Since billions $$ have been invested into company, how much could this report cost?

At the risk of sounding like a whiner, i have family obligations (a 13 yr. old daughter, that i need to keep an eye on..etc.), and 6 days a week, is just TOO much.

The reason she is scheduling this way, is that others have asked for the extra time off (I haven't) and she doesn't have the staff to cover it. I haven't had a vacation in 3 yrs. (I know...cry me a river!)

I know i need to also ask for more time off (no guarantee she'd approve it.) All i'm asking is for my regular 5 days.

Also, jobs are scarce in this area, especially ones with benefits, which i have.

Any ideas? Thanks!
