how would you start off a speech about a service in the form of business plan

First I suggest that you search the web for a copy or copies of sample business plans, to get an idea of what they should cover, and how they cover it. Microsoft.com has a large selection of templates and sample documents, so go to their download section and start there first.

Once you have a copy or a sample to use for the structure of the plan, pick a service to discuss: pick one you are knowledgeable in!

Then, using the sample plan as a template, you can edit the contents to fit the service you are describing and voila ...

well, not that simple, but it's a plan.
