Go to a lawyer and sue the company if you are part of the injured class.
Remember: If this is confidential information, the company could claim it's a trade secret and sue YOU!
You mentioned sending the stock price down. If this is your motivation remember that market manipulation is illegal and you could be fined by the government.
If you try to combine the two, that's insider trading and you can go to jail.
