Looking for a credit card with little to no paper trail

I am getting worried because our realtor showed us 4 homes in a subdivision that we liked. We wrote offers on all of them and have submitted them. One of the homes came back way too fast and accepted all of our terms and then we got worried that the home may be overpriced and that is why they are so hurried. We signed the offer and the sellers signed the offer and my realtor has a copy of it but she has not put a Binding Agreement date or acceptance date on it yet but all parties have signed it. She is says she is waiting on a response from the other offers before she sends it back to them. If the other offers are accepted and I like one of those better, will I owe any earnest money to the first sellers since they accepted our offer but we have not sent it back to them? How do I get out of that offer?

As everybody knows this is a pretty major purchase. We are buying the house that is owned by a realtor. She buys houses , fixes them up and sells them. It's a great house and we are getting excited! The seller is rather unfriendly and doesn't answer emails, etc. She loves this house and actually offered to pay us a rather large amount to back out of the purchase!

Now that the closing is approaching I'm concerned about many details, important ones, that we have not considered (we don't have a realtor representing us!). I am not good at this type of thing...at all!!! My husband doesn't seem interested...period. He has a lot going on with his business, etc.

Does anyone have any important details that I could "take to the table"? Are there any "emergency" kinds of things that I should be done early on??

Thanks for any info. out there!!!

Ok so i joined this website that you join for free to take 1 survey a day for free. First i think the website starts with tinyurl or something like that, but anyway, you have to be 18 or older to take any of the surveys, so I put in my mom's email address and birthdate. Throughout the survey I was asked if I want to recieve info from some website thingie, but I did not notice that i could press a skip button instead of a submit button. I don't know if I will be charged to get that info so if you know please tell me, otherwise I'M DEAD!!!!! Also, give me the name of that website cause I forgot the name. I really appreciate it if you answer!

When me and my husband purchased our home we were green to the whole buying process. We found a mortgage company that would qualify us for a home loan, we were just happy to finally have our home, needless to say two years later we wanted to refinance our home and we find out we have a second mortgage (an 80/20) no one explained this to us at the time, nothing was said. Is their anything I can do legally?

I am having a problem. I filed my taxes for 2005 and paid $450.00 by check which was cleared. Few days ago, I received a letter from IRS stating :
"Our records show credits or payments totaling $450.0 for the tax perid ending Dec. 31, 2005.
We have no records of receiving your tax return.

If you have filed, please send us a newly signed copy of your return.

If you have not filed, please do so. We have enclosed the appropriate form for your convenience. When you file, be sure to show all payments you have made on your retun."

Here is my problem. I do not know where on 1040 (which line), can I show the payments that I have already made ($450.00).

Thanks in advance.

My boss said to me today, well if you can't perform, I have several other workers who are just as qualified to work your job.

Has it really come down to that? Employers used to beg for workers to stay. Now they don't care as so many people are out for the same job.

Funny story. I've been trying to get a job at this bank for quite some time. Last week I finally got an interview and it went well. They said they would call me on Monday to let me know if I got it or not. But on Monday, they never called. However, I got a call today from the HR manager at the bank (who does not work at that branch) and she offered me the job, which I accepted. However, when I was telling someone about my great new job, they told me they heard it was robbed two days ago. I looked it up, and sure enough it was. A masked man came in with a shotgun and a fake bomb and walked out with a bunch of cash. No one was hurt, but they haven't caught the guy and have no leads (He didn't drive a car, so they can't trace that. He rode a bike, which makes me think he lives close.)
The bank is not in a bad neighborhood. It is a rich, small rural town. This is the biggest story the city has had since the Frog Jump Championships last year.
What should I do? Should I still take it?
