Hello i would like to buy like a visa card worth 40 dollars and then put it in an account where i can buy in the commodity market. How would i go about doing this.

I don't get why you are involving a Visa card. A commodity broker wants cash. Generally $2000 to $5000 to start, and then you will be restricted to low volatility futures. Commodity contracts are in the thousands. Where did you get the idea that $40 was enough to trade?

your joking aren't you? I think the lowest amount you can trade with is around $500.
