I need some tips on getting hired...for instance interviews...how should they go.....

I own my own business so I can answer based on that. Make sure you are truly interested in the position. You need to express motivation in communication. Do not use things like umms and ahs. Dress better than the job requires. Make eye content. Explain what you can do for me, point out experiences and how they are relevant. As a businessman I expect to make a reasonable income from your efforts. Most importantly talk to me and ask questions during the interview. Don't wait until the end when they say "do you have any questions" I want an interactive interview. Hope this helps. Gary
