Starting a Business account with only $200. is that O.K.?

It depends upon the business. I started my current one with about $150, plus things I already had (computer, Internet service, fax machine, scanner).

So long it meets the minimum balance requirements, you should be able to start a bank account with any amount of money, no matter how small or large.

You have to start somewhere.
