I'm selling some clothes to a local second hand store... and I have about 7 unworn pairs of jeans (nice ones), 13 skirts, 12 shirts, a green sundress and prom hottopic dress. what's a fair price for all, half, or a third of this stuff?

The rule of thumb is usualle a tenth of what you paid, but if they're truly nice things and in great condition you should let the store guide you. Worn or not, if the tags are removed they have no way of knowing that except for your word. I would shoot more towards a thrids. Half seems a bit much since any retail store would sell them at that price on clearance.
